This how mango pickle is prepared. At first mangoes are brought from garden or the market. Then mangoes are sorted and the rotten ones are removed. Then the mangoes are cleaned with water. These cleaned mangoes are cut into pieces. These are then dried. After that spices, salt, mustard oil and chilies are mixed with the dried pieces. It is then kept in a big pot in the sun. After that it is poured into jars for use.
